RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

  • To be eligible for a return the items need to be in BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE, unaltered, and unwashed. Items must be returned in the condition it was sent to you. Items need to be returned within 14 days of your items being delivered in order to receive a credit refund. If 14 days have gone by since your items were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

  • PRE-ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS BUT EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE HONOURED 

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR DOG BOOTS AND CLOTHING.

  • SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Please note: We ship from two different facilities, one is located in Canada and one in the US. All returns must be returned to the Canadian facility.

HOW TO RETURN:

  • Send us a message here or email us at hello@barkindustry.com with your order number and we will provide you instructions on how to return your items should they be eligible. 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Non-returnable items: Winter Boots, clothing, sale items, items marked as final sale and gift cards. 

SALE ITEMS

  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns/refunds. Only regular-priced items in brand-new condition with all original tags attached may be returned for a refund.

EXCHANGES:

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges due to limited edition items and sizes. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color you will need to return your original order for a refund and place an order for the correct size/color.

DAMAGED ITEMS


We inspect each of our products carefully prior to shipping it out to you. In the event that your purchase is damaged or the wrong item was received please us contact us here within 7 days of receiving your package so we can further assist you.


Please include your order number and photos, if possible, of the items.

GUARANTEE

We use high quality materials for all our products, however they are not indestructible. Please ensure you inspect the product prior to use.

We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.

We do not replace or refund purchases due to everyday use, wear and tear or accidental damage. Please ensure that items are out of your pet's reach.
